Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
difficult door slow breakfast service
I noticed some maintenance issues . The bathroom door was difficult to open and close properly. I also found that the TV placement wasn't ideal for viewing from the bed, it could be better. The breakfast service was also slow. Getting a coffee took longer than expected. It was adequate but not great.

great facilities connecting room uncomfortable pillows coffee maker
The facilities at the hotel included a spa. I had a connecting family room with a half board option. The breakfast was wonderful and satisfied me.
The room only had a coffee maker that did not boil water and no tea bags. The bed pillows were too deep for comfort and I found the chairs.

the room was clean the staff provided everything needed.
i found a significant issue the coffee pods were not replenished daily also there were no facecloths available and only one towel per person was provided.

clean room comfortable bed nearby shopping center missing hot water unresponsive staff questionable rating
the room was clean and spacious. i found the bed to be very comfortable. the hotel is across from a shopping center with a food court.
i would not rate this hotel as five stars. i had no hot water each night of my stay. the front desk sent maintenance who checked the faucets.

old equipment basic selection
I felt a bit let down by the gym. It only had a few treadmills. Some of the equipment seemed a little old. The breakfast wasn't quite what I expect from such a hotel. The selection was basic. Staff weren't always on hand to help when needed.
